RADCOM Wins Contract to Provide GSM/GPRS and CDMA2000 Service Monitoring Solution - November 14, 2005 RADCOM Ltd. today announced that Rural Cellular Corporation (RCC), which does business as Unicel, has selected its cellular service monitoring and troubleshooting system.
